pubpass is a free loyalty program that provides members access to exclusive rewards, offers, and pricing on drinks and food at Sonnel venues in Sydney. It’s designed to enhance a member’s experience and provide value every time you visit a participating venue.

As a pubpass member, you receive an “always-on” discount of 10% off drinks and food at selected venues, a welcome offer of a $15 drink voucher for your next visit upon registration, a birthday gift of a $25 venue voucher and access to exclusive member-only offers.

pubpass is available across selected venues across Sydney. The program is currently being rolled out and evolving across all Sonnel venues.

Yes, joining pubpass is absolutely free.

Sign up by accessing the pubpass QR code available in venues and digital channels. After registering, members can add their pubpass card to their digital wallet on their phone, or simply download as a pdf and save to your device.

No, pubpass operates digitally. After registering, you can add your pubpass card to your digital wallet on your phone.

Present your pubpass when making a purchase. Staff will ask for your pubpass at every transaction to ensure you receive great value. Please note that 10% off food is not available at all venues. Not available for TAB, Keno, takeaway alcohol or gaming purchases.

New members receive a $15 drink voucher, redeemable on their next visit, which is valid for one month. The voucher will be sent to a member’s registered email address

Members receive a $25 venue voucher on their birthday, valid for one month, sent on the first day of their birthday month. The voucher will be sent to a member’s registered email address

Redemption details for vouchers and rewards will be provided via email and/or SMS, using details input upon sign up.
Generally, presenting your pubpass digital card at the point of sale will allow redemption.

If you don’t have your digital pubpass available, provide your mobile number to a staff member at the transaction point, and they can look up your membership in the POS system to apply relevant discounts and offers.
